2. Service Agreements

All design and home improvement engagements require a signed agreement outlining the project scope, timeline, costs, responsibilities, and deliverables. A 40% deposit may be required before work begins.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are estimates unless specifically confirmed in a written agreement. Additional costs may apply when project requirements, materials, designs, or requested services change. Payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.

4. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope of work. Delays may occur due to material availability, supplier schedules, weather conditions, client approvals, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Consultation cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation may incur a $75 fee. Project cancellations after work has started may be subject to charges for completed work, purchased materials, and other committed costs.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely approvals, site access, and necessary decisions. Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or access may affect the project schedule and associated costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, drawings, renders, concepts, layouts, and creative materials produced by Pastel Bloom Home remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Third-Party Products & Services

Certain projects may involve third-party contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, or service providers. Their products, warranties, delivery schedules, and policies may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

9. Warranty & Liability

We aim to provide professional services and quality workmanship. However, warranties for third-party products are generally provided by their respective manufacturers or suppliers. Pastel Bloom Home will not be responsible for delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law & Updates

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of California. Pastel Bloom Home reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Design Services

Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. For full design projects, deposits are non-refundable after the design phase has begun.

2. Furniture & Decor Products

Custom-ordered furniture and decor items are final sale and cannot be returned. Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

4. Damaged Items

If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
